Satyananda style yoga offers you a class that includes relaxation, asanas or postures, pranayama or breath practice and either deeper relaxation or meditation suitable for the class participants.
Regular Yoga Classes are currently run at Satyam Kutir, 2 Crispe Street Alice Springs.
Regular classes are held on Saturday mornings for established practitioners (teachers for 2018 are Mahadevananda and Kalikamurti). A specific class is also run for seniors.

Breathing Practices and Yoga Nidra
Breathing Practices and Yoga Nidra help reduce stress and provide feelings of relaxation and calmness. The sessions are designed to help you relax and rejuvenate for the week ahead. Sundays from 11-12 noon, from 11 February 2018 at Om Bhavan, 47 Coolibah Crescent, Eastside. Classes are run by Shirley Ann Bailey, a qualified Yoga Nidra Instructor. Phone 0427 379 455.
