Learn an easy to use, culturally neutral, behaviour model of how the mind works, that can then be used to assist others to:
– understand and manage their own personality, needs and behaviour.
– be able to choose effective, responsible behaviours.
– to control actions and thoughts in a way that satisfy needs and not to deprive someone else of a chance to satisfy theirs.
– be happy, healthy and in more effective control of their lives.
Module One: Learning to focus on things we can control.
Module Two: Learning what drives our decisions.
Module Three: Learning to create positive relationships.
Module Four: Learning about how our perceptions affect our choices.
Module Five: Learning to respond rather than react in certain situations.
Module six: Creating a plan to manage our own mental well being.
This course is based on the work of Dr William Glasser and internal control psychology.
This course can be used as RPL towards further training with the William Glasser Institute of Australia (WGIA)
